5 Worthy’s
This exercise is meant to help you build self esteem and self identity by having you become worthy of being you, of being loved by you.
Instructions
- Write 5 things that make you worthy. These can include things you like about yourself, compliments you have received, or accomplishments you have made.
- Write 5 things you are worthy of. These can include personal traits like self love, or external goals like strong relationships or better quality of life.
- Write how you feel about these 10 things.
Ideally you will really work towards finding 5 things that make you worthy, look at your signature strengths. If you can’t Identify your Signature Strengths by going to the VIA Survey of Character Strengths here.
