What makes us weird makes us wonderful, not wrong.
We see the pain in your eyes when you’re looking for a therapist who understands what it means to be different. You deserve support that doesn’t make assumptions about how people live their lives—but rather offers guidance through diverse experiences.
You deserve a therapist that understands—a therapist that can hear you and knows about and has lived non-traditional relationship styles too. We’re here for you.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues, we can provide you with the tools you need to cope. If you are exploring your identity or trying to navigate a difficult relationship, we can offer guidance and support. Whatever your situation, we are here to help you find your way.
Lauren “Ren” Reed
Lauren “Ren” Reed (she/they) helps people increase their autonomy and personal power both in and out of relationships. Through a focus on enthusiastic consent, not only for sex, but for relationships and for life, Ren can help clients build a life they want to say “yes” to. She specializes with kink, consensual non-monogamy, the queer community, and religious sexual shame.
For all varieties of sexual minorities including kinksters, LGBTQIA+ folkx, and non-monogamous relationship styles, Ren has spent most of her adult life studying and engaging in these communities. Building a sex-positive and inclusive community is important to Ren as a therapist who is working within her communities.
Love Let Out, PLLC was founded to support under served, marginalized populations. We work to build a community-oriented platform committed to social justice, liberation, and mental health equity. We prioritize the needs of marginalized communities, including Non-Monogamous, Kink, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, Neurodivergent, and Disabled Communities. Our mission is rooted in dismantling systemic oppressions such as racism, colonialism, ableism, and white toxic characteristics of dominating cultures in the mental health field. Love Let Out, PLLC promotes collective liberation, healing from historical traumas, and advocating for community strengthening. As mental health professionals we are dedicated to providing culturally responsive care, ensuring equitable access for all individuals, especially those with marginalized identities.
