Careers at Love Let Out
Love Let Out, PLLC is a specialty telehealth group therapy practice serving Texas, Oregon, and Washington. We work with LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, kink, neurodivergent, and religious trauma communities. We are not actively hiring right now, but we always want to hear from clinicians who belong in this work.
Is Love Let Out hiring right now?
No, we are not actively recruiting for any open positions. We keep this page up because the right people tend to find us before we post a job, and we would rather know you exist now than scramble to find you later. If our work sounds like your work, introduce yourself.
Who thrives at Love Let Out?
Clinicians who are native to the communities we serve, not just tolerant of them. Our clients have often spent whole sessions teaching a past therapist the vocabulary of their daily lives. Metas, polycules, power exchange, deconstruction. They come to us so they never have to do that again.
That means we look for people with genuine fluency in at least one of our specialty areas: LGBTQIA+ affirming care, open relationships and ethical non-monogamy, kink and BDSM, neurodivergent-affirming care, and religious trauma recovery. Lived experience is not required, but insider fluency is. You can learn more about who we are and why we do this on our about Love Let Out page.
What is it like to work here?
We are a fully telehealth practice, so there is no commute and no office fern to keep alive. We founded Love Let Out to support underserved, marginalized populations, prioritizing Non-Monogamous, Kink, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and Disabled communities, and we are committed to social justice, liberation, and mental health equity. What makes us weird makes us wonderful, and that goes for the people who work here too.
You can meet the people you would be working alongside on our team page.
Do you support pre-licensed clinicians?
Yes. We provide clinical supervision for Texas LPC Associates and Oregon LPC Registered Associates, with a 52-week structured curriculum aligned to Texas BHEC and Oregon OBLPCT standards. If you are an associate building a career in affirming care, supervision with us is one way to grow in this niche whether or not a position is open.
How do I introduce myself?
Send your resume to Allie@LoveLetOut.com, along with a cover letter or anything else you want us to know. Good news, we will not ask you to upload your resume and then retype the whole thing into some software. A real person reads every submission to get a sense of what makes you awesome. No Pinocchios here.
We simply cannot know if we are a good fit until we talk, so if you live and work a little outside the mainstream, we would love to hear from you.
